Thawing Instructions:

Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Or, for a quick thaw, place bag in colander under cold running water for 5-7 minutes.

Cooking Instructions:

Drain seafood immediately and rinse with cold running water.For pan-frying, cook until opaque and firm for about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
