Thawing Instructions:

Keep frozen at or below 0 F or –18 C. Keep frozen until ready to eat.

Cooking Instructions:

FOR BEST RESULTS:
– Defrost overnight in refrigerator OR in a warm water bath for
30 minutes until rice is soft.
MICROWAVE:
– Remove outer wrap.
– Defrost white coconut sauce by placing under warm
running water.
– Cover banana leaf wrap with wet paper towel.
– *Microwave on HIGH (1100 watts) for 2 minutes if
refrigerated. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes if frozen.
– Let cool for 1 minute then open banana leaf wrap.
– Pour coconut sauce over mango rice and enjoy!
